A delightful small Turkish rug that has the weaver's name and the date woven into it: Sultan, 1992. Every rug is an artistic expression of the person who made it. Sultan felt inspired to include her name and the date. This rug's wool-on-wool construction makes it extra soft and cosy. The rug has abrash (colour variation) that is characteristic of rugs that have been dyed with organic plant dyes.
This rug is in excellent condition with wear consistent with age and medium pile.
