Where do you ship to and what will it cost?
We ship worldwide with UPS and DHL and do not charge for shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours of your order being placed. Shipping time depends on your location but is usually 2-7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we’ll share the tracking number with you.
What is your refund policy?
We hope you love everything you order from Rise Home Collection. If for some reason your items are not exactly what you expected, we are happy to accept a return. You must initiate your return within three days of receiving your item, by contacting us at info@risehomecollection.com. All items must be received by Rise Home Collection within 10 days of initiating the return and can be returned to our UK or Istanbul address.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and we recommend that insurance is purchased when return shipping is paid for. Rise Home Collection is not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during the return process.
The initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be unused and in the original condition in which they were received in order to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns on sale items.
Please note that all of our items are vintage and may have areas of wear or colour variation. We believe that these small imperfections give our rugs character and make them more beautiful.
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes, we do! We love working with design professionals. Please see the Designer Trade Program section of our website for further details.
How should I care for my rug?
All of our rugs are professionally cleaned before being added to our inventory. We recommend that you vacuum your rug on a weekly basis with suction only (do not use a vacuum head with bristles). We like to vacuum the underside occasionally too.
We recommend treating stains such as food, drink, vomit or urine as soon as possible. Blot up excess moisture and then spot clean the area using a wet cloth and a small amount of mild detergent like Woolite. Make sure you blot rather than rub. For stubborn stains, we recommend professional cleaning.
Are your rugs suitable for homes with children and pets?
Vintage rugs like ours were built to last for generations and to withstand the ebb and flow of daily life. They are suitable for high-traffic areas and lanolin, an oil found in wool, is naturally stain resistant. We always recommend that you place a rug pad under your rug to keep it in place and that you follow the care instructions above in case of spillages or stains.
Are the colours in your photos true to life?
We do our best to ensure that the photos of our rugs on our website are taken in the best possible light and that the colours are true to life. We do a Pantone colour match for all of our rugs, to help you understand the exact colour of each piece and how it will blend in with your colour scheme. If you’d like additional photos or videos, we’re always happy to help.
Do you have a storefront?
We are an online boutique and do not currently have a physical store.
Do you take custom sourcing requests?
We do! Being based in Istanbul, we are blessed to have thousands of beautiful rugs at our fingertips. There’s nothing we love more than matching them with their forever homes. Please see the Custom Sourcing section of our website for further details.

Our strong relationships with our suppliers enable us to keep our prices as low as possible. We believe that every home is enhanced by a vintage rug and we strive to make our rugs as accessible and as affordable as possible.
