All of our rugs are hand-knotted and were made in traditional settings: often in rural villages or by nomadic tribes.

Each piece is completely unique and took months or years to make. They were made predominantly by females, using wool from sheep reared by the local community and centuries-old weaving techniques.

They are 100% wool and have been dyed with natural plant and vegetable dyes.

We source our rugs exclusively in person, rather than over the internet. This enables us to ensure that we are buying only the very best.

All of our rugs are vintage or antique and you will see the approximate age of each one listed in the product descriptions. All of our rugs are professionally cleaned and repaired prior to being added to our inventory.
